Einingaprófanir á JavaScript (First look)

Update

Ég fann þessa góðu upptalningu á prófunar "tólum" "Looking for a better JavaScript Unit Test Tool".

Þ.e.a.s ef kóðinn er spagetti!

Update:
Jæja þá er ég við það að verða géðveikur (lít mjög svipað út og krakkinn á myndinni!).  Ég fann þennan texta á Buster.js "Unfortunately Buster.JS support for Windows is unconfirmed at this time. As far as we know, the glob module is our only obstacle for your Windows JavaScript testing pleasure. Windows support is a priority and will land soon.". Það er s.s ekki hægt að notast við þetta strax! En vonandi bráðlega.

Einnig er mér ekki að takast að láta jsTestDriver.conf skránna virka. Skil ekki alveg hvernig hún á að "vera uppgötvuð"! Fann alveg rosalega langa grein sem gæti mögulega hjálpað mér hérna. Þar segir t.d "Unless specified otherwise, js-test-driver expects configuration in current working directory in a file named jsTestDriver.conf. ". Spurning hvern djöfullinn það þýðir fyrir Visual Studio?!

Og ekki er þessi betri í að útskýra hvar skráin á að fara "The initial directory of the following command decides where your JsTestDriver config-file must be created." Initial hvað?

Greinilega fleiri en ég sem lenda í þessu sbr. þennann

Jæja orðin þreyttur og hættur þessu! Ræðst á þetta aftur á morgun!

Update (dagur 2):
Ég breytti stillingunum aðeins og kalla núna bara beint í conf skránna í Arguments (í External Tools) svona  -jar C:\Downloads\JsTestDriver-1.3.4-a.jar --port 9876 --browser "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" --config "C:\Projects\TestProject\Web.VEX\js\testing\jsTestDriver.conf"

En í staðin fæ ég upp eftirfarandi villu:

"setting runnermode QUIET
Configuration Error:
Cannot read [
C:\Projects\ TestProject \Web.VEX\js\testing\production\*.js
] derived from production\*.js
Cannot read [
C:\Projects\TestProject\Web.VEX\js\testing\testing\*.js
] derived from testing\*.js"

Ég er búinn að marg vista þessa skrá sem ASCII eins og þarf víst að gera til að láta þetta virka. Þetta segir mér eiginlega ekkert þessi villuboð! Ég er hinsvegar búinn að hafa uppi á kóðanum þar sem þessari villu er kastað. Núna skelli ég mér í það að rína í hann!

Udate (ennþá dagur 2)
Eftir að hafa sett upp Fiddler2 og séð að serverinn nær nær í og keyrir upp GreeterTest og Greeter.js skránna þá var orðið ljóst að formattið á skránum væri rétt og ég gæti haldið áfram.

Eftir smá leit þá fann ég þessa grein  JsTestDriver Getting Started. Þetta er greinilega upphaflega greinin sem þessi ,JsTestDriver unittest er keyrt með Visual Studio, er skrifuð uppúr.

Þar sá ég -jar  C:\Downloads\JsTestDriver-1.3.4-a.jar --tests all --server http://localhost:9878 og núna virkar að keyra prófið án villu!

EN núna gerist bara ekki neitt!!!??  Og ég spyr mig hvað átti eiginlega að gerast? Hvar er "Unittest passed" eða eitthvað álíka gáfulegt?

Þá er það næst á dagskrá (djöfull er ég þrjóskur!!). Ég get alveg sagt það að ég er alvarlega að spá í að setja upp Buster.js server og gleyma þessu JsTestDriver dóti!

Update
Nenni þessu jsTestDriver bulli ekki lengur! Fæ engar niðurstöður og ætla að skoða eitthvað annað! Fann nýjann lista af prófana tólum sem ég ætla að skoða.
